MISSION STATEMENT
I believe schooling our children is vital whether short term or long term. The younger years, K-5th grades, are the most important time periods to forge a strong, stable, love of learning both in and out of school which truly impacts the futures our children have.
These are the years when our children are most impressionable and receptive to learning. They absolutely depend on you and me to support & encourage them while building a strong foundation. Let's take the reins of responsibility together to help them learn, grow, and instill good study habits so they can develop a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
SO! Here I am ready to EQUIP AND EMPOWER you and your children to succeed. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Testimonial
Pollianne Stenstrom tutored two of my children for 4 years. She led their classes in an orderly, predictable, and creative manner.
She was proactive with possible behavior issues so that most issues were easily and quickly solved. Pollianne researched varied methods to reach *all the students in our classical learning group utilizing differentiated techniques to speak to the different learning styles among the average and learning challenged children. My son has hearing loss and dyslexia and Mrs. Stenstrom was able to effectively convey information and consistently encourage my struggling learner.
In addition, Mrs. Stenstrom has a good sense of discretion, sensing when to have private vs. group discussions and when parents need more individual input to better assist their child's learning.
I highly recommend Pollianne Stenstrom as a teacher, tutor, guide, and/or mentor for any interested family.

I have asked for help and guidance with teaching strategies many times over the years. Pollianne has always been able to provide me with specific detailed strategies and relevant materials to support and guide my children while they are learning. She emphasizes teaching to your child's strengths while supporting any weaknesses. Pollianne also put time into helping me as a parent understand the process of teaching and learning so I could gain perspective and therefore patience. This was and still is an invaluable lesson in all aspects of my life.

I used to go to church with Pollianne and have been following her on Facebook for several years. Pollianne indirectly encouraged me to reach out and ask for help through her video posts about homeschooling. As a new homeschooling mom, I have so many questions on a daily basis and I know the Lord tells us to seek wise counsel from other believers and to let the older women mentor the younger women. Pollianne is a wise mother and a friend, regardless of the fact we haven’t kept in touch much over the years since attending the same church. She gave me an hour of her time and, as a result, I left with valuable advice I was able to implement the next day with my son to better our relationship. Pollianne is the type of mentor that will reassure you while also helping you see your weaknesses and turn them into strengths. I am so thankful for Pollianne and her service to homeschooling mothers.
